Academics
The educational tone of St. Herman of Alaska Christian School is classical and deeply Christian. The emphasis is on close student-teacher relationships and individual attention, made possible by small classes.

The curriculum of the school introduces students to a wide scope of study in science, mathematics, grammar, literature, and the arts, not as isolated subjects but as a coherent whole. The courses offered include:
